Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders. All orders are processed within 5–8 business days. Orders are shipped standard shipping only. At this time, we ship to the United States only. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged so we can review the case and work with you on a solution.
Returns
Because all of our signs are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer errors, change of mind, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. We will replace items only if they are defective, made incorrectly, or damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and must include photos of both the product and packaging. Defective or incorrectly made items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a replacement, contact us with your name, order number, and photos of the issue.
