No, our signs are made to order, so changes cannot be made once an order is submitted. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer. Please check your text carefully before submitting your order.
When you customize your sign on our website, you’ll see a live preview that updates in real time. This preview closely resembles how your sign will look. By completing your purchase, you are approving the design you created in the preview. Since each sign is custom-made, we’re not able to accept returns for personal preference. If the sign you receive does not match the preview you approved, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to review the situation and make it right.
If your sign is defective, made incorrectly, or damaged in shipping, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the case and work with you on a replacement.
Yes, our signs are printed onto premium outdoor-rated vinyl and pressed onto 5052 aluminum, just like real street signs. They are resistant to heat damage, cracking, peeling, and fading during hot days or rainy weather.
